Every morning she found elegance through precision and pain. The delicate precious metal designs around her eyes...so dangerous...yet so beautiful. It was a unique ritual which she developed and mastered over time. Some thought she would go to far...but she had to look beautiful...after all she was not only the daughter of the king...she was the daughter of..........

hehe...I can't give away the secret!! lol. This image actually inspired a character for the story I'm "working on" lol...it's mostly still in my head...the first few chapters I wrote started going in the wrong direction so I have to start again. This is going to be one of the main characters...not right away in the story...but perhaps in the second or third installment of the series? It'll take a LONG time before the story gets to where she comes in. And if you're wandering...no...the character is not from Earth.

It's actually a picture of my eye (not a woman’s eye). And yes...this is my idea of something beautiful and elegant...something that is dark, mysterious, and has a sci-fi feel to it. (and the color blue hehe.) I'm addicted to making somewhat extravagant borders.
